Employer enquiries may include organisation name, contact person, phone number, staffing requirement, worker count, work location, shift, start date and duties. Worker registrations may include name, phone number, preferred role, preferred work area, experience, availability and skills.

- To maintain necessary enquiry and service records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your consent
The forms ask for an affirmative consent before submission. You can withdraw consent for future contact by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already required for a request or where retention is required by law.
Sharing and processors
We may use website hosting, email and communications providers to receive and respond to enquiries. We do not sell enquiry data to advertisers. Information may be shared when required by applicable law or when necessary to deliver an agreed service.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, service follow-up, dispute handling or legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission method is completely risk-free.
What not to submit
Do not submit Aadhaar numbers or copies, PAN cards, passports, bank details, medical records or other sensitive identity documents through the public enquiry forms. If verification is later required, Panito will provide a separate process.
Worker age
The public worker registration form is intended for people aged 18 years or older.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about personal data you submitted, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for future contact, or raise a privacy grievance.
