Enquiries and registration
Submitting a form does not create an employment contract, staffing agreement, worker assignment or replacement guarantee. Worker registration is only a request to be considered for potentially relevant opportunities.
Age requirement
People using the worker registration form must be 18 years or older.
Availability and screening
Worker availability, role suitability, location coverage, verification or screening scope, start dates and replacement availability must be reviewed before Panito confirms support.
Regulated services
Panito does not offer private security agency services or deploy private security guards through this public website unless such services are separately made available under an applicable licence or authorised arrangement. General housekeeping and facility-support enquiries do not constitute an offer of regulated private security services.
Employer responsibilities
Employers should provide accurate information about duties, work location, shift, working conditions, duration, payment terms and any role-specific requirements. Employers remain responsible for workplace safety and their obligations under applicable law except to the extent a written agreement expressly assigns a responsibility to Panito.
Worker responsibilities
Workers should provide accurate information about age, skills, experience, availability and ability to perform a role. False or misleading information may result in a registration or assignment being declined.
Final written terms
Commercial terms, service scope, employment or engagement structure, payment responsibilities, attendance support, statutory benefits, replacement support and other obligations must be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

No blanket promise is made through this website. Eligibility, contributions and legal responsibilities depend on the actual employment or service arrangement and applicable law.
Payments
The public website does not by itself create a payment obligation. Any fees, salary arrangements or payment instructions must be confirmed through an authorised Panito communication or written agreement.
